We offer a fully insured render cleaning service to protect the appearance of new render as part of a maintenance schedule or to rejuvenate render that has suffered dirtying and staining over time due to environmental factors such as airborne algae or general pollution from industry or road and air traffic.
As an industry leading render system manufacturer we have a comprehensive understanding of how render systems should be maintained and cleaned and we have developed methods to do so without the risk of undermining the integrity or appearance of the finish.
Our highly trained in house render cleaning teams are equipped with cutting edge low pressure high heat soft washing technology which ensures that there is no damage caused to the render finish due to excessive use of pressure.
The final high heat cleaning process that we undertake reaches deep into the structure of the render killing algae and bacteria thus protecting against regrowth for far longer than basic high pressure cold water approaches.
In most cases we are able to carry out the work from the ground without the need for scaffolding saving cost, time and the risk of damage to external floor and garden finishes.
We can also clean pretty much any other hard surfaces on or around the property such as…
Roofs, paths and patios, brickwork, cills, copings, stonework detailing, cladding, UPVC soffits and fascia.
The list goes on and this can all be addressed during the render cleaning visit.
INSURANCE-BACKED GUARANTEE COVERING MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP!
We are able to supply a 2 year Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) covering the materials and workmanship consumed and delivered during our turnkey in house supply and install projects, these IBGs are available render projects with a value of £30,000 or less.
The IBGs are completely free of charge to our clients and do not increase the value of our quotations.
Our standard 10 year system warranty also remains in place and continues long after the expiry of the initial IBG.
